I Can't Hear You
I Can't Hear You is a series of digitally drawn works that were intended to be screen prints. They talk about the daily struggles of being deaf or hard of hearing.
For the majority of my life, I have grown up with both my mom and brother being hard of hearing and having to wear hearing aids. This series contains quotes that I hear on a weekly basis in my household. The text is formed in a way that reflects what the words are saying and makes it harder to understand.
